FAQs

  • In order to guarantee a long life span for your knitwear, you need to make sure you’re washing and storing your garments in the right way!

When it comes to washing, my first piece of advice would always be to gently handwash in cold water (below 40 degrees). Hot water and rigorous washing in a machine will cause your knits to shrink, felt and become more fragile and more prone to holes. I would also recommend using a soap that is specifically meant for wool when washing wool items. Lie garment flat to dry.

When it comes to storage, hanging up your knitwear will often cause it to stretch out and warp, particularly if it is a heavier wool knit. I would recommend folding knitwear and also using moth repellents and storing knitwear in airtight containers during the seasons you are less likely to wear them, just to ensure those pesky bugs stay away!

  • If you are interested in a custom piece please feel free to reach out by popping me an email! I unfortunately can’t promise to take on every custom request, however, if your idea aligns with my design style and aesthetic and if I have the time to dedicate to the piece, I will be more than happy to create something unique together!

In regard to made-to-measure, I don’t offer it for all my designs as many are one off pieces I made with limited vintage materials. I will always specify what designs I offer made-to-measure and will detail in the product description what measurements I require. For made-to-measure there will always be a 3-4 week fulfillment period.

  • I am open to loaning pieces for styling work. I will require a contract specifying a return date and also written confirmation that the piece will be returned in its original state. If there is any damage to the piece, you will be required to provide compensation depending on the degree of damge.

  • Unfortunately, I can only offer UK shipping as of now but I am hoping to get internationally shipping up and running for the next drop!
